Let’s face it, transportation is necessary. Vehicles need to be in good working order to allow citizens, healthcare workers, other essential business employees and First Responders access to food, supplies and medical treatment. The Governor has deemed “Automotive Supply & Repair” an essential business.

We are prepared to offer you a great buying and service experience while maintaining a clean and safe facility for our staff and customers. This is done primarily through “Social Distancing”.

We have reduced our staff, hours and made the following changes. We are working by an appointment basis only and doing so from 10am – 2pm Monday through Saturday. The first hour of every day is “Senior and High Risk Hour”. Sorry, but we will not be accepting “walk-ins”. The bulk of your car buying experience will be done online and over the phone. You can start at our website and complete our credit application

Once the application is completed, you will then be contacted by one of our sales professionals. From there we will verify your information, gather supporting documents and ask other necessary questions. Your application will then be submitted to our Finance Department for approval. Lastly once the loan is secured and we have an approval, we will contact you to schedule a test drive and discuss the numbers.

The Health and Safety of Our Staff, Families and Customers is Always Our Top Priority!

While we were closed we made some changes and improvements to our showroom. It was also cleaned by a professional crew.

Below are the COVID-19 Virus “Best Practices” we are taking to keep our staff and customer’s safe:

Staff:
*Use social distancing (at least 6 feet)
*If you are sick, or have been exposed to someone that is sick, stay home until you fully recover, or for 14 days, whichever is later
*Clean, cover, and/or disinfect surfaces (such as handles, steering wheels, switches, shifters, and key fobs) when receiving a vehicle or before allowing someone to test drive a vehicle
*Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
*Regularly wash hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, and regularly use hand-sanitizer as an alternative
*All staff members are encouraged to wear rubber gloves
*Service Technicians change gloves with every vehicle they work on
*Phones and work spaces wiped clean every four hours
*Use gloves when entering customer vehicles for any reason
*Steering wheel and seat covers used during vehicle appraisal and Service work
*Meetings and co-worker outings prohibited
*Magazines and public meeting materials removed from common areas
*Hourly wipe down of vending machines
*Children’s play area toys removed
*Hand sanitizer located in numerous places around dealership
*Showroom vehicles moved to ensure “physical distancing” is possible
*Vehicle test drives can be done alone by customer
*Roll down the windows of vehicles that you or your customers are entering and allow them to air-out (weather permitting)
*Work areas of employees that are staying home due to sickness must be disinfected
*Avoid shaking hands, Say “Welcome” and politely nod instead of shaking hands with customers
*Wear gloves if handling objects provided by others
*Wash hands every two hours
*Cough into your elbow

Customers:
*If you are sick, or have been exposed to someone that is sick, stay home until you fully recover, or for 14 days, whichever is later
*Tell us if you are at the dealership and feeling ill
*Roll down the windows of your vehicle (if weather permits)
*Avoid shaking hands
*Avoid touching surfaces and people
*Avoid being near other customers and employees (and feel free to roam the lot and look at other vehicles)
*Wash your hands in the bathroom, or use one of the hand-sanitizer dispensaries
*Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
*Reduce the people you bring with you; seniors and children especially
*If you need to sneeze or cough, please use a tissue and place it in the trash can
*Keep the pen (if you sign paperwork)
